Application and Screening Process:
·   A complete rental application is required.·   A non-refundable application fee of $35 for each tenant and co-        tenant is required. We must receive verification of your                    employment, credit, and criminal history. . All tenants must                  present a photographic identification. Per household is                        required.·   After application approval, application rent deposit equal to one              month's rent is required.·   First month's rent is due prior to moving in.·   Pets are not accepted without prior approval from landlord.·   We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Applicants will           be contacted if approved.

Our Services Include: ·   Accurate and efficient computerized accounting·   Monthly and yearly to-date income and expense statements·   All advertisement·   Thoroughly evaluate credit information, employment, and rental             history of all applicants. Recommend preventative maintenance         to preserve property values.
·   Arrange for all necessary repairs to property. In the event of an               eviction, we will be your agent in all court proceedings.
